Don’t get hacked !!
It looks like your World of Warcraft account is not 100% even if you have an authenticator attach to it. Few reports have been made and blizzard confirmed it, the hackers use Man-in-the-middle (also known as MITM) system.
How does this work? They keylogger transmits live data to the hacker and he will use those to get your account, for example if you introduce a valid key this will not get to blizzard but to the hacker, he will send a wrong key to blizzard and will use the valid one to hack your account. This is a really fast process since keys are only valid 30 seconds.
So how can you avoid being a victim of this system? First of all make sure you got a updated antivirus/firewall and don’t surf the web and press any links without taking a better look on what you press. They trojan is named emcor.dll and its most likely located in C:\Users\(Your user name)\AppData\Temp, also check your process log make sure there isn’t any suspicious process running. A temporally solution would be to use your authenticator code 25 sec after its generated, that way the hacker would have less then 5 sec to take over, also note for the reports that have been made hacker only toke everything from the account, he didn’t toke over it.
Also having an authenticator will ensure your account safety even if its not 100% so i strongly recommend to buy one, and keep your eyes open to any possible threat, don’t fallow any suspicious link and make sure you double check your mails coming from blizzard entertainment before answering to them.
